Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines.

 

Returns Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exclusions

Commission memorial pieces - due to the nature of the piece.

Earrings - we are unable to accept returns on earrings once they have been delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day return window. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable. Returns without proper authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.

Refund & Exchange

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you promptly, subject to availability.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items may be non-refundable, such as personalised, custom-made products and earrings. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.
