Delivery Timeframe:

Our Royal Mail 3-5 Business Days Delivery service offers a reliable and efficient shipping option for your packages. Please note that the delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days begins from the date of dispatch. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please understand that there could be unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or postal disruptions, that might lead to slight delays.

Delivery Fee:

Our Royal Mail 3-5 Business Days Delivery service is available at a flat rate fee of £4.95 per package (not tracked). This pricing ensures that you receive cost-effective shipping without compromising on the quality of service.

Order processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team will process and prepare your package for dispatch.

Dispatch

Your package will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your package is dispatched.

Please note memorial jewellery has a longer turnaround, which will be discussed.

Delivery Time

The estimated transit time for the Royal Mail 3-5 Business Days Delivery service is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or public holidays.

Commissions

When placing an order for a commissioned piece it is the responsibility of the  customer to ensure  that  all details provided to us are correct, as mistakes cannot often be rectified once the process of making your piece has begun. If you realise that you have made a mistake once work has started, then we hold  the right to not accept liability for this and any costs incurred to amend the error will be incurred by you the customer. However, we will do our very 
best to work with you and help if we can.
