If your jewellery is not quite right for you, please return within 30 days, buyer pays for postage. The only exception for this is personalised jewellery which is custom made for you.

If there is a problem with your jewellery please get in touch as soon as possible so I can make this right for you.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days in letterbox size boxes. All order are sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.

Personalised items can take a few days longer, as these are custom made for you.
